Gyrotonic Level 2, Program 1 Refresher: Feb 7–8

There is a specific kind of magic that happens in a studio when a group of instructors gathers to dive deep into the work. It’s a shift from "teaching mode" back into "discovery mode." For me, hosting continuing education courses isn’t just about checking a certification box—it is genuinely one of my favorite things to do.
Why Continuing Education Matters
The Gyrotonic Method has brought an incredible amount of goodness into my life. It changed how I inhabit my own body and how I view movement as a source of longevity rather than just effort. But as instructors, it’s easy to get caught up in the day-to-day of cueing others and forget to nurture our own physical understanding of the more complex patterns. That is why I am so excited to host the upcoming Gyrotonic Level 2, Program 1 Refresher Course on February 7–8.
Moving Beyond the Basics
Level 2 is where the artistry of the system truly begins to shine. While Level 1 builds the essential foundation of decompression and circularity, Program 1 of Level 2 introduces higher-energy spirals and more athletic, complex transitions.
In this refresher, we aren’t just "reviewing" the material. We are:
Refining the Transitions: Finding the fluid "connective tissue" between the big movements.
Sharpening Cueing: Learning how to help your clients navigate three-dimensional space with more clarity.
Building Endurance: Tapping into the cardiovascular and rhythmic power that Level 2 offers.
Elevate Your Teaching Artistry
When you invest in your own education, your clients feel it immediately. Your cues become more intuitive, your hands-on adjustments more confident, and your passion for the method is reignited. We will be spending two full days—10:00 AM to 5:00 PM—at our Westlake studio, moving, breathing, and leveling up together.
Join Us in Westlake Hills
We are keeping this group intimate to ensure everyone gets the personalized attention they deserve, and as of today, we only have 5 spots left.
When: February 7–8 | 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Where: Thrive Movement Studios (Westlake)
Cost: $150 Studio Fee (due now) + $350 Course Fee (due Day 1)
If you are a certified instructor looking to reconnect with the "why" behind your practice and sharpen your skills for your students, I would love to see you there. Let’s dive back into the beauty of the spiral together.
