What should I wear to a Pilates class?

Wear comfortable, form-fitting clothing that allows you to move freely. It's best to avoid loose clothing that may get in the way of your movements. We do require people to practice Pilates in non-slip socks. Don’t have no-slip socks, no worries! We have no-slip socks for sale at the studio.

instructor if you are pregnant so that they can modify the exercises to ensure your safety and comfort.
