We offer a wide range of classes designed to help you move better, feel stronger, and thrive. Whether you're new to mindful movement or a seasoned practitioner, we have a class that's perfect for your journey.

Online Classes

 

 

Enjoy the benefits of our classes from the comfort of your own home or while you're traveling.

  • GYROKINESIS® Online: All you need is a chair and a mat to experience a full-body transformation. This 55-minute class is perfect for movers who want to improve their range of motion and strength with a low-commitment option. You'll receive a Zoom link via email right before class begins.

  • GYROTONIC® Tower Online: Join a community of like-minded individuals and stay in great shape with the guidance of a Master Trainer. In this 55-minute group class, you'll flow through Level 1 and 2 exercises with detailed guidance. A Zoom link will be sent via email right before the class begins.

  • Jump Stretch Board Online: If you have access to a Jump Stretch Board, you don't want to miss this class. Taught by a Specialized Master Trainer, you'll flow through the current material and explore new exercises to build strength and comfort on the machine. A Zoom link will be sent via email right before the class begins.

 

Gyrotonic® Classes

 

Explore the fluid, circular movements of the GYROTONIC® Expansion System to unlock areas of your body and build awareness from the inside out.

  • Gyrotonic® Fundamentals: This is the perfect class to deepen your understanding of the GYROTONIC® Method. Open to all levels, this slow-to-medium flow class will nurture your mind, body, and spirit in 55 minutes, giving you a better awareness and connection to your inner body.

  • Level 1 Gyrotonic® Tower: Ideal for both new and seasoned students, this gentle, slow-to-medium flow class focuses on refining movements to create openness and unlock areas of the body. In 55 minutes, you will deepen your understanding and nurture your mind, body, and spirit.

  • Level 2 Gyrotonic® Tower: Designed for students with some experience, this class builds on the basics of the GYROTONIC® Method by adding more complex movement patterns. You will move at a quicker pace to challenge your strength without building tension, all while nurturing your mind, body, and spirit.

 

Pilates Classes

 

Build core strength, flexibility, and a deep connection to your body with the mindful movements of Pilates.

  • Level 1 Pilates Reformer: This class is perfect for students new to the Pilates Reformer. You'll focus on activating your core and mobilizing your spine while building strength and flexibility. This class will challenge your total body strength, flexibility, and balance in a supportive environment.

  • Level 2 Pilates Reformer: Designed for clients with prior experience on the Pilates Reformer, this class moves at a quicker pace to challenge your total body strength, flexibility, and balance. In this 55-minute class, you'll continue to refine your practice while nurturing your mind, body, and spirit.
