GYROTONIC® Level 1 Foundation Course
This 12-day immersion provides the specific skills and techniques needed to teach the Level 1 curriculum.
Upon successful completion, students become Licensed Apprentices, eligible to begin teaching and earning NPCP credits.

A three-day intensive for Certified Instructors to refresh their teaching skills, refine their personal practice, and fulfill their biennial trademark license renewal requirements.
